What Shipping Options are available to me?
We have various shipping options for orders.
1.) Collect from our shop in Johannesburg.
2.) Free post office to post office. Your order will be sent with a tracking number and could take up to 5 working days depending on how outlying your area is. You will be emailed your tracking number so you can call your closest post office if you do not want to wait for the slip in the post.
3.) Courier to your door. R150 Cape Town, Durban & Surrounds. R50 JHB and Surrounds. R200 Mpumalanga, North West, Limpopo & Bloemfontein. Expect 1 – 5 working days delivery time.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Once you have ordered we will send your order out within a week. You will know your parcel has been sent as we will email you. We try our best to get orders out ASAP.
I need my order in a rush, please help!
Please email us to double-check we have stock before ordering if you are in a rush. We can also quote you on overnight delivery!
What is your Return Policy?
If you are unhappy with what you received, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return it and we will offer a refund on your payment excluding the shipping costs.
Must be in its original condition – unused
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
What type of Payments do you accept?
We use the secure and trusted MyGate platform for all our credit card transactions. We can process credit cards (Visa and MasterCard), EFT (bank transfers to any of SA’s four biggest banks that get instantly verified) and we also accept SnapScan purchases if you are a registered user of the SnapScan App.
I am struggling to pay online? Can I pay you via EFT?
Ah no, so sorry to hear. Every now and then someone experiences technical issues. Please email us exactly what you would like (even taking a screenshot of your cart helps) and we will send you an invoice and our banking details for you to pay. EFT details are on the website as well.
